Raise3D has partnered with Micro-Swiss to provide a coated, wear-resistant nozzle for the Raise3D E2 and Pro2 series printers.

This nozzle features a 360 brass core and is coated with TwinClad XT. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating specifically designed for extremely low friction. It offers one of the lowest friction coefficients, even more effective than nickel with a PTFE Co-coating. This coating is also highly durable and abrasion-resistant. When using abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, wood-filled, or metal-filled materials, the lifespan of the nozzle is significantly extended.
